Matt is currently working on the one hour supernatural television drama \u00a0\u201cSleepy Hollow\u201d for Fox Television.The series is loosely based on \u2018The Legend of Sleepy Hollow\u2019, by Washington Irving, and is shot in Georgia.<\/p>\n
Q: Matt, you have been working as a location professional for twenty years. How do you stay excited about the work?<\/p>\n
A: \u00a0I love my job. I have never taken it for granted, been bored or wanted to\u00a0do anything else. Working in different areas around\u00a0the country and with so many different Managers has kept it interesting.<\/p>\n
Q: \u00a0Where have you worked?<\/p>\n
A: \u00a0Los Angeles,\u00a0Chicago, Baltimore and D.C.<\/p>\n
Q: \u00a0Do you have a favorite place to work (city or state)?<\/p>\n
A: \u00a0My favorite place is Georgia. It\u00a0hasn\u2019t\u00a0been overshot;\u00a0there are still undiscovered locations.\u00a0It\u2019s also\u00a0still a little wild with limited permitting guidelines and it is home\u00a0to me. I\u2019m\u00a0raising my family here.<\/p>\n
Q: \u00a0And your favorite Location Manager?<\/p>\n
A: \u00a0Nice try\u2026\u00a0no comment!<\/p>\n
Q: \u00a0You\u2019ve recently joined the LMGI. What\u00a0is it about the organization that appeals to you?<\/p>\n
A: \u00a0 Everything.\u00a0I\u2019m\u00a0sorry\u00a0I didn\u2019t\u00a0take the time to join sooner.\u00a0I\u00a0wanted\u00a0to be part of\u00a0an organization\u00a0that supports\u00a0location professionals\u00a0and\u00a0to represent Georgia LMGI members.<\/p>\n
Q: \u00a0Where do you see yourself\u00a0in twenty years?<\/p>\n
A: \u00a0Here in Georgia. I\u2019ve just moved up to Manager so I\u2019m content to work here, honing my skills and gaining experience as a Manager. I\u2019ve got a young son so being able to work\u00a0close to\u00a0home is important to me.<\/p>\n
Q: \u00a0Where do you see the LMGI\u00a0in twenty years?<\/p>\n
