Introduction

As part of your LMGI membership, you can order a complimentary custom ID card — one credit-card size and one lanyard-ready size for scouting. Each card can be personalized with your photo, text alignment, and an optional IMDb listing. Our system will generate QR codes that link to the LMGI Member Directory (ensure your dues are current) and to your IMDb profile if you choose to include it.

Instructions for Uploading Your Photo for LMGI Membership ID Card

Upload a clear headshot or selfie taken in good lighting.
Face the camera directly—no side profiles or sunglasses.
Use a plain, uncluttered background (light or neutral preferred)
Make sure your full face is visible—no hats or heavy filters.
Photo should be recent (taken within the past 12 months).
Accepted file types: JPG, PNG. Max size: 2MB.
Do not upload group photos, cropped party shots, or blurry images.
Photos must contain no text, graphics, or offensive content.
