Months ago, Hunter Davis of Real To Reel Locations called to ask where we were having the LMGA holiday party. This marked the beginning of many weeks of planning. After many meetings between Sonoma Wine Garden management, the Macerich Co (owners of Santa Monica Place) Real To Reel and myself, a truly fabulous sunset party came together last Sunday.
Jalina Law of Macerich enthusiastically talked about their film friendly properties (Santa Monica Place, Westside Pavilion, The Lakewood Center, Panorama Mall, The Oaks) and introduced the point people Vito Bello and Lauren Hall who are at the Westside Pavilion and Santa Monica Place respectively. Real to Reel’s President, Gary Onyshko, announced their recent partnership with Macerich.
In addition to the delicious appetizers and exquisite wines, the night wouldn’t have been complete without a holiday raffle! Leslie Thorson won the Kindle donated by Real To Reel, Diane Friedman and Jordana Kronen each won a Visa gift card donated by Macerich.
We are so grateful to our business member Real to Reel for coordinating this wonderful party for us and to all our members and guests who attended. It was a most festive way to kick off the holiday season!
